Financial Q3 results for 2008

Mandriva today reported its financial and operating results for the third quarter 2008.

Turnover for the quarter is 0.83 million Euros, trading revenue is 1.04 million Euros,
costs are 1.67 million Euros and the operating loss is 0.64 million Euros.

Turnover and operating results, compared with the 3rd quarter 2007, were 29 per cent down, costs fell by 5 per cent.

The company underlines the prudent management of operating costs which fell by 5 per cent.

Financial Q2 results for 2008

Mandriva today announces its financial results for Q2 2008. Sales were 1.26M€, operating revenue (taking into account external funding for research projects) was 1.47M€, operating expenses were 1.76M€ and operating loss was 0.29M€.

Compared to the corresponding quarter a year ago, sales and operating revenue grew by 25%, expenses decreased by 3% and operating loss was reduced by 56%.

Mandriva First Quarter Results show continued improvement

Revenue for the January to March 2008 quarter was 1.32M€, expenses were 1.64M€, operating result was -0,06M€ and net result was -0,13M€.

Compared to the corresponding quarter a year ago, sales grew by more than 52%, expenses decreased by 13% and operating loss was reduced by 92%. This evolution is the result of the restructuring and repositioning of the company over 2007.

Paris, March 20th , 2008- Mandriva will hold its annual shareholder meeting on April 28th, 2008. Several items will be presented and voted upon during this meeting, the key points being the 2006-2007 financial results and a reserved increase in capital of 1M€.

Scope

These results include Mandriva SA, Edge IT, a French subsidiary, Conectiva, the Brazilian subsidiary and Linbox FAS, a French subsidiary part of the group since June 1, 2007.

Change of fiscal year end

The shareholder meeting of May 25, 2007 approved a change in the fiscal year which will now be the same as the calendar year. This will allow us to synchronize the fiscal year of all the entities in the group. As a consequence, the fiscal year started on October 1, 2006 will have an exceptional duration of 15 months and will be closed on December 31, 2007.

Mandriva (formerly Mandrarkesoft) reported for the third quarter of fiscal year 2006-2007 revenue of 1.02M€ and a loss of 0.6M€.

Consolidated results for the first half year of 2006/2007 (Oct 2006-March 2007) and shareholder meeting

Consolidated revenues for the second financial quarter were 0.87 M€.
Operating revenues (including the research grants) were 1.09 M€.
Consolidated operating expenses were 1.89 M€.
